Meet Our Team

Kim has been with our team since 2009! She studied dental hygiene at Shoreline Community College and graduated sigma phi alpha in 1994. Her favorite part of working with our practice is the people – both the patients and her coworkers – and with over 32 years of experience as a dental hygienist, she contributes care, compassion, a gentle touch, and a familiar and friendly face that the patients have grown to trust.

Kim has been married to her husband for over 31 years. They have two amazing daughters, one son-in-law and two dogs named Gunnar and Henry. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family, whether that is traveling, riding bikes or hiking.

Maureen graduated magna cum laude from the Oregon Institute of Technology with her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, and she joined our team in November 2011. She loves being able to help people improve their overall health and understand the oral-systemic connection, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand!

Maureen has been married to her husband for over 20 years, and they have two boys and a girl. Her family loves boating and wake surfing, and they spend most of the summer on the water.

Angie joined the practice in April 2025 as a registered dental hygienist. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Sacramento City College in 2001 and later completed a Bachelor of Science degree at Eastern Washington University, graduating summa cum laude. Angie enjoys working alongside a team dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, happy smiles. She is passionate about partnering with patients to find the home-care tools that work best for them while providing care that feels comfortable and encouraging. Angie lives in Hayden with her husband of 27 years and is the proud mom of two daughters in their twenties. Outside the office, she enjoys working with her husband during farmers market season, painting, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Melissa has been a dental assistant with Ramsey Dental Group since May 2019, and she loves working with our team and our patients!

Melissa has one daughter, Abigail, and one son, Parker. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, exploring with family and curling up with a good book.

Jayne joined the practice in August 2024, bringing a caring, encouraging presence to every patient interaction. She moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1992 to enjoy its relaxed, outdoorsy lifestyle and has always had a huge heart for helping others—whether that means making someone feel comfortable in the dental chair or cheering them on in sports and in life.

Outside the office, Jayne enjoys nearly every kind of outdoor activity, including biking, skiing, pickleball, golf, and more. She also loves baking, a passion rooted in special memories of baking with her grandmother. Today, she and her husband enjoy trying new recipes and sharing meals with friends and family; for Jayne, food is love, and “gather” is a favorite word because of all it represents.

One of Jayne’s proudest accomplishments is completing multiple Ironman triathlons. The determination she developed during that chapter of her life continues to remind her that she can accomplish big things—and that life’s challenges can offer meaningful lessons along the way.

Lexi joined the practice in May 2026 as a sterilization technician after graduating from Ridgeline High School. She helps support a safe, efficient environment by ensuring instruments are properly sterilized for the safety of both patients and the team. Outside the office, Lexi enjoys drawing and spending time outdoors. She appreciates being part of the behind-the-scenes work that helps every patient visit run smoothly.

Mary joined the practice in July 2026 as a front office receptionist and patient coordinator. She values the practice’s patient-focused approach and is proud to help create a welcoming, supportive experience for each patient from the moment they arrive. Born and raised in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, Mary recently relocated to North Idaho. She is a proud mom of two amazing sons and shares life with her supportive spouse and beloved 10-year-old Weimaraner, Ruby. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with family, cooking, listening to music, and attending concerts.

Erin graduated from Lakeland Highschool in 1996 and has been associated with Ramsey Dental Group for over a decade, with her most recent tenure beginning in June 2021. She loves the wonderful environment fostered by our dentists and team members that benefits both team members and patients alike. Erin’s primary responsibilities involve handling insurance claims and managing outstanding balances, consistently striving to maximize insurance reimbursements for our patients and minimize their out-of-pocket expenses.

Born and raised in the Coeur d’Alene/Athol area, Erin has deep roots in the community. She is a proud parent to three teenagers who share her enthusiasm for the myriad activities our area has to offer. In her leisure time, Erin is an avid snowboarder, hiker, boater, disc golfer, fisher, dirt biker and camper. Her love for the outdoors is evident as she embraces everything nature has to offer.
